Lime Heating provided an excellent service with the relocation of a radiator and disconnection of the gas hob and pipe work under the sink. All work was completed in time with no problems, and the kitchen was left clean. I will definitely be getting them back for a second fix of my new kitchen.

Had a boiler service completed on 18/01/24. Engineer Ross arrived early for the appointment. He was polite and professional. The price was very competitive, pleased with the overall experience. Would use again and recommend.

Lee Orchard was exceptionally helpful and not only carried out my boiler service but also gave great advice regarding an issue I was having with my heating. Had a minor gas leak. They were able to find the source and resolve. Lovely friendly staff. All costs explained before visit. Great communication from Emma in the office.

I have used Lime on two occasions. One for a boiler service where the engineer arrived promptly, was courteous and completed the service in a timely manner. The second was for fitting outdoor hot and cold taps which required running piping from my upstairs bathroom through the living room downstairs and into the garden. Again, this was done in a timely manner within minimal mess and disruption.

I was able to make contact by phone with Lime Heating Ltd at 9am on a Monday morning after discovering a leak from the upstairs boiler. The booking process was straightforward, and the communication was excellent throughout – this included a text message plus an itemised quotation sent by email within the hour. The engineer diagnosed the boiler fault quickly and ordered the parts straightaway to be fitted the following day. This is my second time booking Lime Heating; I find their approach to be very professional and efficient. The engineer explained what had gone wrong with the boiler as well as how best to run it in the winter for my particular circumstances. I have been impressed by Lime Heating on all fronts – booking efficiency, arriving on time for scheduled appointments and staff who are polite and helpful.

Quote came in quickly and in the price range expected. Excellent and professional job done, while also answering all my questions and offering good advice. Also Ross is a very likeable person whom I was very happy with working in my home.
